Once & Someday is built around a simple promise: your memories belong to you. There is no Once & Someday account and Zeus Apps does not operate a server that receives your life archive.

Your archive

Moments, Horizons, Journey updates, people, and media are stored on your device. With Once & Someday Pro, the archive may sync through your private Apple iCloud account when available.

Calendar connections

Apple Calendar suggestions are processed on your device. If you explicitly connect Google Calendar, Once & Someday requests read-only access and retrieves events directly from Google to your device. Events are not sent to Zeus Apps. Only events you select become Once & Someday Moments. You can disconnect Google Calendar in Once & Someday.

Analytics and purchases

Once & Someday may send anonymous product-interaction events to Aptabase to understand feature usage. These events never contain Moment titles, stories, names, calendar event content, or media. Analytics can be disabled in Settings. RevenueCat and Apple process purchase and entitlement information required for Once & Someday Pro. Their own privacy policies apply.

Permissions

Photos, microphone, Calendar, and Face ID are used only for the features you choose. Once & Someday does not sell personal data or use advertising trackers.

Reflections, Storybooks, and widgets

Reflections are calculated on your device. Storybook PDFs are designed locally in a temporary file and go only where you choose through the iOS share sheet. Widgets read a limited selection from Once & Someday’s private shared app container so they can show your story on your Home Screen.

Export

You can export a complete archive of your Once & Someday data from Settings at any time.
